We may share your personal information to any of our affiliated companies, Franchisees, Service Providers and Suppliers, Government and third parties for legal purposes, on an as-needed basis only, or to fulfil business obligations, provided that such disclosure is in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and other rules and regulations relating to data privacy, including the FHI’s data privacy policy.
SECURITY STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
We implemented reasonable and appropriate organizational and physical procedures to safeguard and secure the personal information we collected. We restrict access to your personal data only to qualified and authorized personnel who hold your personal data with strict confidentiality.
Personal information collected are stored for as long as the retention is required for the purposes for which we collected the Personal Data. We generally do not store information for a period longer than three (3) years after the stated purposes have been fulfilled or when the processing relevant to the purpose has been terminated.
UPDATING OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
We may update and/or revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes to this Privacy Policy shall be posted on our homepage so that you are always aware of any changes to how we collect and process information.
