Our Fruitful History
Fruitas Holdings, Inc. (“FRUIT”) is the holding company of food and beverage kiosk operators with 30+ active brands across its portfolio and over 800+ stores nationwide. As of June 2024, it had 834 stores nationwide. The Group serves Philippine consumers daily with fresh fruit shakes and juices, lemonade desserts, meat-filled pastries, and Lechon (roasted pig), among other food categories.
FRUIT traces its roots from Lush Enterprises Corporation (“LEC”), which was incorporated by Mr. Lester Yu in 2000. LEC opened its first “Fruitas Fresh from Babot’s Farm” store in 2002 at SM Manila. Fast forward to 2023, FHI has more than 800 stores across the Philippines and has expanded other brands like Balai Pandesal in Visayas and Mindanao. Since its establishment, FHI, its Subsidiaries, and other indirect subsidiaries, has expanded its brand portfolio to include Buko Loco, Balai Pandesal, Juice Avenue, Johnn Lemon, Black Pearl, Tea Rex, De Original Jamaican Pattie Shop and Juice Bar, Sabroso Lechon, Soy&Bean, Ling Nam, Fly Kitchen, and more.

Historical Milestones
The first Fruitas store was opened in SM Manila.
Juice Avenue was introduced.
Buko ni Fruitas “BNF” was launched.
The Mango Farm was presented.
“Black Pearl” was introduced.
“Fruitas Ice Candy” was offered to the public.
“Buko Loco”, “Friends Fries”, “Tea Rex”, and “House of Desserts” were launched.
“7,107 Halo-Halo Islands” was introduced.
The Lush Company Inc. (later renamed to Fruitas Holdings, Inc.)
FHI gained 95% of Negril Trading Inc. which houses the brand “De Original Jamaican Pattie Shop and Juice Bar”.
