What qualifications are required for a franchisee?

A successful franchisee should possess strong entrepreneurial and leadership skills. They must be financially prepared to invest in the business and be willing to actively manage day-to-day operations of their chosen franchise.

What are the franchisee’s responsibilities?

Once awarded a franchise, the franchisee is responsible for the overall management of their business. This includes overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and controlling inventory. The franchisee must also adhere to the Franchise Agreement to uphold and protect the franchised brand.

What is included in the franchise package?

Generally, our franchise packages would include Proprietary marks and trade name, grand opening support, initial equipment and inventory. If you are interested in becoming part of the House of Fruitas franchise family, it is still best to set a meeting with our Franchise Relations Officer to know more about our different promos and packages.

How long does the training program last?

For carts and kiosks, as well as community store franchises, service crew training and evaluation last a minimum of 10 days. For restaurant franchises, the program extends to at least 30 to 45 days.

Who is responsible for hiring store staff?

The franchisee is responsible for hiring the service crew needed for store operations. Salaries and benefits for the staff will also be managed by the franchisee.

What is the required lot size or floor area?

  • Carts and Kiosks: 4-6 sqm
  • Community Store: 15 sqm
  • Restaurant: Minimum of 60 sqm

Do you assist in finding locations?

Prospective franchisees are encouraged to propose their desired location. Our team will assist in evaluating the site once the franchise package is confirmed.
